Service Desk Technician

Primary Requirements
3+ years of help desk / service desk experience most recently in a level 2 role
At least 3+ years of troubleshooting and deployment of Microsoft client and server-based technologies; 5+ years of experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to support Apple computers integrated into Windows environments; 3+ years of experience strongly preferred
Experience with industry standard server and client hardware (i.e. Dell, Lenovo, HP), as well as previous background supporting clients with Windows Remote Desktop Server
Strong experience with network backbone devices including switches, routers, and firewalls
A+, Network+, Microsoft MCP certification preferred
Post-Secondary Education is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
