Operations Manager Food Mfg

Currently seeking a 2nd Shift Operations Manager to manage CPU work cells in a fresh food/produce refrigerated environment.
DUTIES WILLL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
-Daily review on execution of labor plan/shift plan
-Complete daily dashboard - review
-Complete shift start up and end of shift process
-Communication to GM of any unexpected activity such as safety, MHE, security or building issues
-Update and ensure quality board/score boards are current
-Identify and communicate schedule changes, planned upcoming events and any other general announcements
-Ensure all new Supervisors are taken through and trained in the Standard Operating Procedures
-Flawless execution of the work plan and completing all scheduled volume by directing Supervisors as to what needs to be completed
-Authorize overtime if needed
-Implement labor share and VTO as necessary
-MHE requirements and adjust as needed
-Conduct weekly or daily OPS meeting to provide weekly focus
-Ensure Supervisors maintain roster/attendance daily - provide corrective action as needed based on the handbook rules and regulations
-Conduct observations and reviews on salaried staff
-Implement and manage clean up assignments in conjunction with the shift Supervisor
-Ensure all customer and SIMOS site safety and compliance policies are implemented and followed
-Coordinate safety supervisor project plan
-Ensure all area Supervisor reports and documention are completed correctly
-Observe and maintain all aspects of the inbound/outbound process, filing, discrepancies, etc.
-Maintain inbound/outbound schedule, meet volume goals, and coordinate overall volume execution strategy with client
