Looking for a motivated individual to join our quality assurance team.
You will contribute to building and executing test plans that exercise the end-to-end solution, including firmware, software development kit (SDK), and software.
You are curious and enjoy learning about new technologies.
You are organized and can present testing results in a meaningful way.
You take pride in your work and want to help ensure that we deliver the best solutions possible.
 
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with our engineering team to validate features in development
Build a test plan based on product requirements
Write sample applications that test the SDK
Perform product testing of our end-to-end solution
Use Jira to document defects and track open issues
Investigate defects
Ensure that our products are held to a high standard of quality
 
Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of programming concepts and experience developing a programming project from concept to deployment
Willingness to work in a variety of programming languages
Experience in writing comprehensive test plans
Confident installing software and working with command-line developer tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with C#, C++, C, Javascript, and/or Java is an asset
Familiarity with Jira issue tracking software and/or TestRail test case management software is an asset
