POSITION SUMMARY
Our Customer Service Representatives handle incoming calls, live chats and emails from current and prospective customers regarding their orders, inquires and resolve any escalations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Answer inbound calls, live chats and emails from customers.
· Provide exceptional customer service.
· Research and assist all inquiries in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
· Documentation of customer’s account.
· Proactive follow-up with customers.
· Reach out to customers to confirm orders.
· Process phone orders.
· Stay up to date with all promotions and sales.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
· Customer Service experience
· Warm, pleasant phone manner
· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and data entry
· Ability to prioritize and multi-task
· Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening skills
· Organized and detail orientated
· Customer follow-up
· Energetic, team player and quick learner
· HS Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
· Call Center experience
· Multilingual
· Handling customer escalations
· Logistics or delivery experience
