Qualifications
•       Experience in leading performance testing team onsite and offshore
•       Experience leading 4-6 projects E2E Projects simultaneously
•       Strong knowledge of performance engineering concepts
•       Proficient in analyzing performance test results and working with technical teams to resolve bottlenecks
•       Experience with mobile technology a plus
•       Communication is important since needs to talk to portfolio and architects
•       Analytical skill required
•       Agile experience
•       Hands on/ scripting experience in Loadrunner, Jmeter
•       Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace
