Role: Sr. Lead Developer or Architect (Mobile App Development)
Work Location: Tukwila, WA
Person Type: US Person (USC or GC) or Approved EAD
 

 
Required Skills and Experience:
1)      8+ years of hands-on Software Development experience in IT industry
2)      4+ yeas of hands on experience in web and mobile/tablet application development.
3)      4+ years of development experience on the following areas
a.       Must Have à IOS - Swift programming, SQLite, C++, JavaScript,  HTML , XML/XSLT
b.      Nice to have à Windows 10 UWP – WPF, XAML , C#
4)      Working knowledge & experience on performance optimization of Mobile applications.
5)      Deep understanding of mobile device frameworks and web technologies, ability to grasp new technologies.
6)      Knowledge on DevOps Tool chain.
7)      Design & document technical design and architecture (system level) and guide/mentor developers
8)      Ability to perform work breakdown from high level requirements.
9)      Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
10)   Experience working in an Agile/Scrum model and using Agile tools -  JIRA, Confluence, Version One      
11)   Great ability to work effectively in a cross functional team of mobile, backend and frontend developers, UX designers and testers and with the client team.
 
Job Description
1)      Work as a lead of the team to create architecture and technical design decisions and convert them into implementations. 
2)      Work with the technical team to develop technical options where none yet exist
3)      Serve as a technical focal for the product
4)      Define the interface/design on how product integrates with external systems to ensure technical aspects are coordinated 
5)      Ability to write detailed technical specifications/documentation
6)      Experience leading mobile development teams and mentoring other developers.
7)      Ability to analyze logs/XML files and trouble shoot issues        
8)      Work in an Agile context, including the extended team of project management and business stakeholders
