Job Description:        
 
Minimum 5+ years implementation of complex CRM software projects Minimum 4 + years implementing Salesforce.com technology based applications
Knowledge and experience with both waterfall and agile project methodologies
Experience with various Sales, Marketing and Service functional solutions architecture
SaaS Platform Integrations
SFDC Certifications Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, DEV, other
Experience with third party platform integrations such as Lightning, Vlocity, Einstein
Advanced experience with Salesforce configuration and custom development
Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools
Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs
Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints
Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities
Should have participated in, and be familiar with, SDLC and Agile (Scrum) project methodologies
Must maintain professional knowledge and relationships with the Salesforce ecosystem
2-4 years of relevant experience in professional services, sales or customer support operations
1-3 years of Salesforce systems integration and/or implementation experience
Exposure to multiple industries, B2B and B2C business models.
Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge with leading Salesforce.com implementation projects and managing private, public or hybrid cloud environment-related business
Experience with all aspects of system implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the development objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting testing and post implementation support
   
Soft Skills
 
Strong presentation and communication skills
Strong executive presence and ability to interact with CXO level
Demonstrated ability to deliver full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation for various functional architecture solutions
Demonstrates extensive abilities as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;
