COBOL Integration/Support Analyst
Telecommute after 1 Month training is complete
These positions are shifts: 6 am - 6 pm, and 6 pm - 6 am
4 Days in Week

Reports to:   Manager, TBD
 
Projected Level of Effort:
40 hr/wk on the day shift 6a - 6 p, or night shift 6p - 6a.
 
Terms of engagement:
: A 40 hr/wk from date of hire.
: Once trained, telework.
: CareFirst will provide equipment and cover the internet costs
 
Tasks:
   : Respond to alerts.
   : Respond to abends.
   : Phone support.
   : Escalations.
   : Notifications.
 
Required Skills:
This position requires a BA/BS in computer science or similar discipline or equivalent experience and atleast 5 years of industry experience as a Developer. Specific requirements include, but are not limited to:
: COBOL Programmer Analyst - Mainframe:
: At least 5 years of mainframe-based application development experience.
: Demonstrated knowledge of COBOL applications running under CICS.
: Strongly demonstrated knowledge of DB2.
: Demonstrated knowledge and best practices of testing environments and processes.
: Excellent problem solving skills.
: Strong analytical skills.
: Excellent verbal and written communications skills
: Must be able to perform assigned tasks with minimum supervision.
   : Strong documentation skills.
