Primary Requirements
Experience providing amazing customer service in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment
Demonstrated ability to act as the liaison between the customer service and sales departments
Strength in various Microsoft Office programs and experience using a CRM; exposure to ERP system preferred
Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt to change and prioritize responsibilities
Some college required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
