Entry Level HR Consultant
Are you a confident, goal-oriented person with strong attention to detail and an ability to quickly build relationships with clients? We are looking for an entry-level candidate to join our growing human resources consulting firm. In this role, you will have regular interaction with our consultants and clients, and you’ll get to be involved in administrative, client services, recruiting, and HR consulting work. Start your career with us and gain valuable skills in a laid-back but high-performing environment. This is a part-time position to start with the ability to turn into full-time based on performance and located in the historic Five Points area of Jacksonville.
 
Primary Requirements
Proven experience using excellent judgment to problem solve and achieve goals
Professional and highly polished communication style with outstanding writing, editing, and grammatical skills
Flexible, resilient, and willing to adapt in an environment that changes frequently
Previous experience providing outstanding service to customers in a retail, food service, or office-based setting
Education required: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university (will accept candidates who are anticipating graduation within 12 months and want to work while completing school)
Education preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, English, Communications, Psychology, or Business
