We are looking for an Operations Leader who will drive and handle all aspects of title processing while creating structure around the business. If you want to be a part of a thriving start-up and help scale them for growth, then we want to talk to you! This is a full-time position located in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.  
 
Primary Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as an operations professional at a real estate office, law firm practice, or in the mortgage/banking industry with a background handling all aspects of title processing
Background handling at least 60 closings per month
Demonstrated success in a team leadership or management role in title processing
Familiarity with e-recording preferred
Demonstrated ability mentoring junior team members
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is strongly preferred
