Technical Recruiter

We are looking for Recruiters of all experience levels to join the RGBSI team! The primary objective of this position is to source, recruit, screen, and place candidates for engineering and/or IT positions that meet our client’s requirements. This is a full time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm.

Responsibilities / Duties:
Interacts regularly with account managers and/or client representatives to fully understand the skills necessary for open job requirements
Performs the following recruitment activities:
Sourcing via industry/post specific websites, publications, and career fairs
Screening via phone or in person
Interviewing per technical & dynamic needs
Compensation negotiation and approvals
Networking locally and via online boards
Onboarding activities such as relocation assistance and VISA coordination
Conducts cold calls to identify new candidates
Extends and negotiates offers based on current market conditions
Develops and maintains high-level knowledge of current technologies
Develops and maintains relationships with candidates that extend into employment
Coordinates and conducts office interviews with candidates
Maintains internal database of future candidates
Develops lessons learned to continuously improve recruitment strategies

Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary.
