Job Description

The Opportunity: Looking for a high quality, ambitious candidate to work the day-to-day Helpdesk operations of a fast-paced Information Technology Department. The ideal candidate is customer focused, bright and organized with a passion for technology.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Expert in creating and maintaining OS Image builds for a variety of computer models
React to the Help Desk Ticket queue and ensure all tickets are promptly assigned and clients contacted in a timely manner set forth by defined SLA's
Expert in configuring and administering SCCM for patch management
Be available to assist off-hours when necessary
Provide escalated IT Helpdesk support to the internal end-user community
Assist with System Administrator Duties as needed
Timely deployment and configuration of laptops, desktops, VoIP phones, smartphones, tablets, remote access VPNs, antivirus, projectors, printers, scanners and key cards
Assist users with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware & software
Perform new user setups and configurations
Process inbound requests to the Helpdesk promptly, according to established SLAs
Maintain accurate and complete records of incidents and requests received. Escalate incidents and requests as needed
Assist with deployment of mobile devices, applications, computers and upgrades
Help with moves and relocations
Replenish inventory, as required (order printer toner, supplies, etc.)
Review and update IT documentation
Qualifications/Requirements:
Computer/IT or IS Engineering/Science
Excellent customer service skills, great phone etiquette and outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Expert experience with Imaging, Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Deployment Tool
Experience with Office 365
Basic configuration and troubleshooting skills for Mobile, Win10, MS Office 2016
Basic understanding of TCP/IP concepts and computer networking
Strong organization and documentation skills; all work documentation should be captured in job ticket details and standard operating procedures
Ability to work within a cross functional team
