1.  You may recruit from your home, your car, the beach, or from your at home office. All you need is your phone (mobile works), a computer (laptops are great) and persistence (commitment and drive). Does that image paid a perfect picture? Well, it should! Recruiting is one of those professions that works perfectly as a virtual position.
2.  Your commissions will be the highest in the industry -- up to 80% payouts! Example: You could earn $8,000 by filling a Software Developer position for $100K and a placement fee of 20% (splitting the fee with the client company recruiter).  How many placements would you need to earn the commissions you dream about?

You will work within a network of experienced recruiters -- with more than 800 members nationwide -- and also in a smaller work unit in our Virtual Team, filling nationwide openings of your choosing, as an independent contractor getting paid as soon as the fees are collected.
