Experience in writing and editing technical documentation such as Install Guides, Release Notes, Field Guides, Admin Guides, and Online Help, User Guides, Functional Specs, Web Pages, Training Material etc.
Proficient in using documentation templates and style guidelines to develop documentation that has a consistent visual and structural approach.
Proficient in FrameMaker, MSOffice 2007 and higher.
Experience in Image capturing tool, video recording tool.
Good in creating slides (Power Point Presentation).
Experience in driving technical publication processes.
Experience in architecting complex documents and documentation sets.
